There seems to be a current trend going on at the moment with the arts where something that is from a musical, artistic or linguistic point of view, complete garbage, has become massively popular, mostly for the wrong reasons, but as a result actually created incentive to make more of it, because these people are making money.

A lot will say ‘I want to see it for the lolz’ and then proceed to pay entry/buy the book/buy the CD, which supports it. If it’s shit, don’t support it.
I don’t know, does that come across as harsh? I just think that paying money for something you KNOW will be shit, just completely sucks in every way. Give support to artists who are genuinely trying to make good art. Please.
